Design & love

At each stage of design, the designer assumes a different role. In the beginning, they are like an innocent child, full of creativity and the courage to push boundaries. In the early phase, they are a sensitive soul, driven by love and purpose to observe, empathize, and understand. In the mid-stage, the designer becomes a professional, applying knowledge and skills with logic and stability to execute ideas. In the later phase, they are a wise elder, understanding that perfection is elusive and seeking the best solution within limited resources. Each role brings unique joy, which is what makes design so fascinating.



In this fast-paced era, design has the responsibility of pausing to reflect and guiding humanity forward.

Human experience can be learned, but human feelings cannot be understood by machines. The nuanced understanding of human nature and the insights gained through life are irreplaceable by AI. The essence of design is to serve humanity and the world, driven by a sincere love for both, something AI can never possess. Yet, AI is a valuable tool in the design process, as long as we know how to use it critically.

Ultimately, as a designer, my ideal work is to be part of a vibrant, goal-driven team. Even if our efforts are only a small part of the world, the courage to try is what makes being a designer truly rewarding.
